New Baltimore Cruise Itineraries in 2007
Royal Caribbean International has announced new
itineraries for their Grandeur of the Seas sailing from Baltimore
in 2007. New 9-night sailings to the Eastern Caribbean will feature San
Juan Puerto Rico; St. Thomas, USVI; Punta Cana, Dominican Republic; and Labadee, Haiti.
We have group space on the May 18, June 15, July 13, August 10, October 5 and
19, and November 2 sailings.
Canada/New England 9-night sailings will feature Portland and Bar
Harbor in Maine; St. John, New Brunswick; Halifax, Nova Scotia; and
Boston, Massachusetts. We have group space on the June 29, July 27,
August 24, and September 21 sailings.
Bermuda 5-night sailings to King's Wharf will continue in 2007.

Freedom of the Seas Inaugural Festivities
Staff members of Antietam Travel Service, Inc. (ATS) recently
participated in inaugural festivities of Royal Caribbean
International’s Freedom of the Seas. Travel consultants Alex Bohn
and Debbie Riffle were onboard and witnessed the christening of the
ship by Godmother Katherine Louise Calder on NBC’s “Today” show on
May 12. ATS owners Linda and Bill Cleveland sailed aboard the ship
on May 15 and 16 as the inaugural festivities continued.
Freedom of the Seas, at 160,000 tons, currently is the world’s
largest cruise ship at 1,112 feet in length and 184 feet wide.
Passenger capacity is 3,634, based on double occupancy, and the crew
numbers 1,400. Ship highlights include the FlowRider®, the
first-ever surf park at sea; the Solarium's cantilevered whirlpools,
extending 12 feet beyond the sides of the ship; the H2O Zone®
waterpark, complete with interactive sculpture fountains, ground
geysers and a cascading waterfall; the largest rock-climbing wall at
sea; and a full-size Everlast boxing ring. For further information
