Cedar Grove Parking

Cedar Grove Parking serves Holland America's Maasdam, Celebrity's Horizon and Carnival's Victory. Less than one mile from I-264, our Cedar Grove site is conveniently located on Monticello Avenue between Virginia Beach Boulevard and Princess Anne Road in Downtown Norfolk. From Interstate-264, take the City Hall Exit (Exit #10). At the light, turn right onto St. Paul's Boulevard and follow our "Cruise Parking" signs.

What's the rate for parking at Cedar Grove?
The parking rate is $10.00 per night for all cruises (Holland America, Celebrity & Carnival). No reservations are required and the parking fee can be paid in person upon entering the lot (cash and travelers checks only please).

May I drop off my bags at Nauticus before parking?
Of course. For your convenience, we'll have porters on-site to take your bags. We suggest you drop off your luggage here first and then park your vehicle at Cedar Grove.

How do I get to the ship from the parking area?
We'll have complimentary shuttles for transportation to Nauticus. Shuttles run regularly, so there's no waiting.

Will someone help with my luggage at Cedar Grove?
Absolutely. We'll have a team of porters to assist with your bags.

I'm physically challenged. What's the procedure?
For your convenience, we suggest you drop your luggage off at Nauticus and then park your vehicle at Cedar Grove. If you regularly use a wheelchair, we'll have wheelchair-accessible shuttles to bring you back to the ship.

What if I have not received my luggage tags?
Cruise staff will be available to properly tag your bags prior to transporting them to the ship. Please let our staff know you need color-coded luggage tags.

Will there be 24-hour security at Cedar Grove?
Yes. We'll have roving security officers posted throughout the duration of your cruise.

West Plume Parking

West Plume Street Garage serves Radisson's Seven Seas Navigator. The garage is located directly across the street from Nauticus. From Interstate-264, take the Waterside Drive Exit (Exit #9). Follow Waterside Drive past Nauticus and take a right at the Plume Street intersection. The garage will be directly on your right.

What's the rate for parking at West Plume?
The parking rate is $10.00 per night for the Radisson Seven Seas Navigator cruises. No reservations are required and the parking fee can be paid at the garage (cash and travelers checks only please). Upon entering, you will receive a voucher to be placed on your dashboard. This should be shown to the parking staff when exiting the garage.

What about my luggage?
For your convenience, please plan on dropping off your luggage directly at Nauticus. We'll have a team of porters to assist. Once you've parked your vehicle, simply walk across the street to be processed.

I'm physically challenged. What's the procedure?
Please plan on dropping your luggage off at Nauticus and then park your vehicle in the West Plume Street Garage. If you regularly use a wheelchair, our site is easily accessible. We'll have a team here to assist.

Will the garage be attended/patrolled?
Yes. Parking attendants will be posted at the entrance of the garage and the facility is patrolled by the Norfolk Police Department.
